Using Bukkit#reloadData causes recipes registered with Bukkit#addRecipe to be removed

      Custom recipes are removed after reloading using Bukkit#reloadData or Server#reloadData.

      According the the javadoc it should "Reload only the Minecraft data for the server."

      There is a related 4 year old open issue - SPIGOT-6084, so feel free to close this and use that one...
