Reloading datapacks causes recipes registered with Bukkit#addRecipe to be deleted

      What is the issue?

      Reloading datapacks with /minecraft:reload causes recipes added with Bukkit#addRecipe to be lost.

      Expected behaviour:

      Recipes should stay registered.

      Actual behaviour:

      Recipe gets lost.

       

      Included a test plugin that adds a test recipe to test this behaviour.
