StackOverflowError occurring whilst SHIFT clicking a custom Hopper inventory.

      Tested on my MacBook running latest Java (1.8.0_112), as well as on a Windows machine. Same error applies. Haven't tested on Linux however, but, it shouldn't matter.

      I've made a plugin that contains multiple Hopper GUIs. Whenever a user SHIFT clicks to take an item out, this error floods the console (however, the server doesn't crash). The plugin works fine, you wouldn't know of any error should you not look at the console. I've done some research on it, and apparently it's a Bukkit bug that has been around since 2013.
