Im new to the forums so im sorry if i did something wrong.

So basically i downloaded spigot on my server because apparently it'd help my overloading problem, Its worked but theres just one tiny thing. the nametag colours have vanished in chat.

You can see them in tab or if you do a command, But you cant see them when you speak, which is a big problem for us as theres many people online at once and we use the colours to see who says what. thanks for any fixes!
(p.s im not the best at versions, etc and im not too good at all of this stuff i just wanna know if theres a command to fix this since i googled it and found nothing )
