 Description   

In Vanilla, when entering commands like "setblock" or "fill" an hitting tab, Minecraft auto-completes with the coordinates you are looking at. In Spigot however, it simply returns "0".

Confirmed this is happening with
/minecraft:setblock
/setblock

and also with
/minecraft:setblock
/setblock
when setblock is overridden section of command.yml.

This also effects
Fill and Clone.
