Pressing Tabulator to autocomplete block coordinates isn't working.

      When you press Tab in a command that needs coordinates (tp, setblock) it will autocomplete X, Y, Z of the block you are looking to each time you press the key. In spigot, always a 0 appear.

      This also happens in 1.8 spigot, not only in 1.8.3
