 Description   

I'd would it really like if you implement some API-Components for Mobs (Walkspeed, Attackdamage, Pathfinding) and for Skins (Playerheads with custom not name realted skins and a way to change the skin of a player to another mojang api link

All possible with a spigot fork.

Especially playerheads with custom skins are a very frequent reason for the use of NMS. Fixing this would make a lot of plugins NMS independent.

I think the priority should be higher. @md_5

SportBukkit has an API for skins on players and skulls. If it's wanted upstream, it's all yours.
