Allow for direct setting of texture in SkullMeta

      Allow for the setting of direct texture in SkullMeta. Currently we can set it through 

       

      SkullMeta::setOwner(String name) & SkullMeta::setOwner(OfflinePlayer offlinePlayer)

       

      I am requesting for a SkullMeta::setOwner(String value, String signature);

       

      this will eliminate having to access the GameProfile and setting the texture values manually through reflection
