A way to set DisabledSlots on an ArmorStand would be really nice.

I think this API could be very simple, getting/returning a slot bitmask.

However, I could also see wanting to make an enum such as how ItemStack "HideFlags" was handled, so kind of putting this out there for feedback/ideas.
