Spigot connects to an inactive server for telemetry

      Spigot connects to the mcstats.spigotmc.org server which is inactive and redirects all traffic to 127.0.0.1.

       

      Consider removing the telemetry, making the server active again, or replace the server with an active telemetry server.

       

      I've attached a decompiled Metrics.java file from the Spigot jar I used. Decompiled from the jar inside bundler/versions. It shows that Spigot connects to that server.
