There's some issue with GriefPrevention and Spigot when taming wolves with the latest 1.21.5 update. Everytime a player in the server I'm on (and myself included) try to tame an untamed wolf with a bone, the server immediately crashes. I've deleted all the plugins and tested this in vanilla, and the crash does not happen. I reinstalled my plug-ins one-by-one starting with EssentialsX and it does not cause this issue. I then reinstalled GriefPrevention (with EssentialsX and without) and this incident happens. I have reached out to GP's github and I was informed this isn't related to GP specifically, but more likely a Spigot bug. So I'm turning to here in hopes for a solution to this, since nobody has mentioned this issue so far.

Tamed wolves + breeding them do not cause this issue, only taming feral wolves. Taming other animals also does not cause this crash. Hoping for advice or potential fix for this.
