Using Material.POWDER_SNOW in a recipe throws no error.

      When a player attempts to log in with this plugin, it throws an error with sending packet "clientbound/minecraft:update_recipes." No evidence in the console relates to the broken plugin. Presumably other Materials that are not ItemStacks could throw the same error.
