setTarget() method doesn't fork for The Breeze mob.

      setTarget() simply doesn't do anything for The Breeze. No reaction. You can see available target output on the screen right before the method is called.

          The issue is how in NMS getTarget for breeze handle in the Memory and manage by the IA, but setTarget in vanilla not makes any because not change the Memory or behaviour... in teory just need handle the Memory part but this things require a little of tests...
