Whenever I throw enderpearl or drops to a new build nether portal, enderpearl or drops can't teleport to a different dimension. I then tried it in the single player world, where ender pearls or drops can be teleported to different dimensions. There wasn't any plugins added onto the my server when I discovered this issue.
