on a spigot server 1.21 (i just updated from 1.20.4) with this plugin :
ChargedCreeperPlayerHeads.jar, GSit-1.9.5.jar, Sleepwithyohomies-1.3.1.jar + some of my plugins they seem to not appear in the crash logs (i already remove some who appear in the crash log) and also i use bungeecord

When a player is connected and then you wait a bit and it's start lagging and have terrible lag spike (can't open chest... ect..) then a timeout and all player are kick from the server then it make this big crash log (attachment)
