The healing power of friendship advancement is never granted. Tested on a server without plugins. Released axolotl to a river with a drowned, the axolotl attacked the drowned, then I finished it. I did not get the advancement or regeneration effect. Tested over 10x with negative results. Tested on singleplayer - the advancement was always granted.
