I used Spigot 1.21 with my dedicated server from PebbleHost.com with the plugins: Sit https://modrinth.com/plugin/stairsit, DiscordSRV https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/discordsrv.18494/, Chunky https://modrinth.com/plugin/chunky, CoreProtect https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/coreprotect.8631/, Invsee++ https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/invsee.82342/. its a DDR4 ECC @ 2666MHz 10 gb ram, AMD Ryzen 5800X 8c/16t @ 4.7GHz.

Yes
Immediately i noticed that upon death all your items were deleted instantly. I also learned that effects would be permanent. I don't know what cause this issue, weather or not it was the plugins or the version of spigot.
