Ender Pearl not behaving correctly

      Tested on a fresh Spigot server with no plugins.

      Ender Pearls do not cause damage upon teleportation, and endermites do not spawn. This was tested in a vanilla world (damage is dealt and endermites spawn) to ensure it was not an issue with the update itself.
