      Arrows once fired did lose all their data (name, lore, nbt etc...),
      until mojang fixed this behavior, making nbt and other info consistent from item to entity and back to item when arrow is fired and later pickedup by player

      i was wondering if we could have a getItemStack method on abstract AbstractArrow
