EntityChangeBlockEvent is not fired for frog eggs

      I want to be notified when frogs are bred by a player. As I read in https://hub.spigotmc.org/jira/browse/SPIGOT-5381, the EntityBreedEvent is not fired because there is no direct offspring, that's understandable. However, the EntityChangeBlockEvent that is fired when turtles lay eggs is not fired when frogs lay frogspawn.
      It would be cool to have an EntityLayEggEvent, but in the meantime I would like to see this issue fixed.
