Result of /loot does not match vanilla for items with count 0

      When using execute store result on a loot command, the expected value is different from vanilla, when the dropped items include items with a count of 0. This is currently breaking some of our data packs which rely on this behavior.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Download the attached data pack loottable_result_test.zip, which drops 5 items with a count of 0
      2. Run /minecraft:reload in the game
      3. A message will be printed showing the expected and observed result values
