Bee nests generate without bees

      Usually it should be possible to get bees, by grwoing a tree in a forest. 

      I am playing Skyblock on a spigot server and we grew some trees in a forest Biom to get a nest with bees. We got the nests, but without the bees. They're not inside of the hive either, as I found out by running the command:

      /data get block 390 107 535
