Hi,
I'm an admin for a server with around 320 players. Since updating to 1.20.1, players haven't been able to use eyes of ender at all. It's not that the pearls launch but are inaccurate (as often happens when they're bugged), but they simply won't leave their hands when right clicked while being held. As this is not an issue reported in vanilla Minecraft, I believe it is a Spigot issue. I've uploaded a video of the phenomenon.
