      Before i try to make an PR for this:
      would an Method in the Player-Interface get implemented to change the 

      net.minecraft.world.entity.player -> enchantmentSeed

      ?

      could be an method without argument or with argument.... with argument would be the new enchanting seed.

       

      This would allow Players to have new Enchanting-Suggestions without enchanting items to refresh it.
