I spun up a Spigot server for plugin development. However, on the first launch I got a crash (no plugin development had occurred, and no plugins were installed). I attatched the console log at the time of the crash (it occurred while trying to stop the server with the `stop` command)

(the `missing profile public key` error is expected since I use No Chat Reports and hadn't yet configured `server.properties`)
