1.17 seems to have an option/a way to mark the server resource pack as a required download, changing the prompt in the Client to show a Note and having "Proceed" and "Disconnect" rather than the usual accept and decline options in the download prompt.

Spigot, as of right now, does not offer an API method to apply this behaviour through plugin usage, which is why I want to request the implementation of a setResourcePack method that allows setting a boolean to mark the resource pack usage as a required thing to play on the server.
