My friends keep timing out 10 - 25 seconds after their connection on my server. First they see the void, then my start.bat show "User lost connection: timed out" or "User lost connection: disconnected" and then my friends see their disconnection. I tested several things to try to solve the problem: allow the firewall, change the view distance in server.properties, restart the server, but it keeps disconnecting my friends.
