InventoryClickEvent and CreativeInventoryEvent do not fire when clicking on an armor slot in the creative inventory

      When clicking on any armor slot in the creative inventory with a non-armor item or nothing on the cursor, InventoryClickEvent and CreativeInventoryEvent are not fired. They are fired correctly in survival and adventure mode though, which makes this inconsistent behavior.
