Chicken Jockeys chickens don't despawn and lay eggs.

When chicken jockeys spawn in caves or in the world their chickens don't despawn and lay eggs like normal chickens. It looks like the bug was in Minecraft 1.17.0 snapshots too but those are fixed while the still persist in the spigot 1.17.1 versions.

This all in all causes zombies in caves to pick up the eggs and then lagg out the server in massive amounts.
