      I took a quick look at the javadocs but couldn't find something handy yet. I was looking for some sort of events fired if a player stands in a powder snow block getting damage, getting the wither-like effect or generally starting to freeze, but I couldn't find that yet.
      If I didn't miss that, that would be a handy addition.
