Reproducing Bug:
Enter the End
Shoot all Crystals
Defeat the Enderdragon
Build platform towards End Island Portal
Use Ender Pearl on Portal to Teleport to End Islands
Player is now stuck in swimming animation.

Attempt to fix Issue:
Restart the Enderdragon Fight and reproduce steps above but failed
Stopping Server, Delete End World Files and reproduce steps above but failed
Restarted server to MC 1.17 Vanilla Server, Delete End World Files and reproduced steps and resolved the issue temporarily.
