The new Axolotl entity can be picked up in a water bucket and their variant stored. It would be useful to be able to create an item with their variant (They also have health and age it would seem) similar to TropicalFishBucketMeta.

This is probably a second feature request, but it looks like the TropicalFishBucketMeta does not have a way to set the health either. Let me know if I should move that to a different request.
