It's not yet possible to change:
- The open state ('Peek' property) of shulkers (eg. to have half opened NoAI shulkers). Edit: This seems to now be covered (https://hub.spigotmc.org/stash/projects/SPIGOT/repos/bukkit/commits/6d0965a550ac4c96b90f2d46cc63c7e5d580e8ad).
- Its 'Attached block face' (rotates the shulker to attach to one of its adjacent blocks).
