Hello,

I can't start a conversation with anyone on spigotmc forum, I can't see the "Start conversation" button. I can response to already opened conversationes, but I can't start a new one, even when I use a link(/conversations/add?to=username.1234). I get this:

SpigotMC - High Performance Minecraft - Error

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

And I don't think it is releated with the user's settings, I tried that with many people, and I even asked on discord to they have the setting set on "Members only".
