EntityDismountEvent doesn't get cancelled properly

When cancelling the EntityDismountEvent, the Entity still gets dismounted, but on server side, everyone sees the Entity still being in the vehicle.

Cancelling this event worked prior to 1.16.

Recreating this issue is pretty simple, just try to cancel the EntityDismountEvent.
