Fishing never seems to yield any treasure; I thought at first it was the autofishing nerf but I don't think so any more. I ensured that all blocks within 3 blocks horizontally and two blocks vertically below the bobber were water, the corresponding ones above were air, and I had unblocked access to the sky above.

I've fished about two hundred times and gotten zero items in the treasure category and am getting really suspicious.
