Currently, there is no easy way to generate items that have an item name that is non italicized without using legacy ChatColor formatting. It would be nice to have this so items that are renamed or enchanted will have their names modified appropriately, where renaming an item will keep the color, and enchanted item names will turn blue without issue without italicization.
