the fix for 5987 doesnt work with increase spawn-range to 8 or more and I have build a gold farm on the nether roof but mobs are barley spawning.
The same world in vanilla has a lot of spawns but on spigot its broken somehow?I have build the server jar with build tools and am hosting locally.
I have the same issue on a different server that is not local with the same version.I have seen comments beneath the youtube tutorial of the gold farm that other spigot users have the same issue.
