spigot 1.16.1 reverted nether to old one (that was deleted)

      When 1.16 came out i deleted my nether folder and generated a new one using the vanilla 1.16 jar, had the new nether everything was fine when i updated to the spigot 1.16.1 it reverted my nether to the 1.15 nether world which was deleted off the server
