So since 1.16.1 my server has been crashing seemingly at random, and actually stopping the server requiring one of the devs to manually go into the server panel and start it back up again.

Last night we were able to isolate the cause of the issue.

This happens when an enderpearl is thrown into an end gateway. It happens every time.

We did some testing to be sure this was what was causing it, and after several attempts to pearl through various different gateways, it crashed and stopped the server every time.

It was late at night, so we only did some minor trouble shooting, here are the basic things we tried, to no avail.

1. Use creative to destroy the existing gateways, then respawn and kill the dragon to generate new gateways. New gateways were still broken.
2. Reset the end entirely. Still broken

The central dragon island portal back to the overworld works without any issues. It's just throwing those pearls into the gateways that kills the server.

I've attached a few of the crash reports, in case that helps you. I did see another post where this issue was happening, but it was marked as resolved 2 days ago, which isn't the case here. Hopefully the crash reports are useful to you.
