Yes
I had a world generated with worldgen_settings_export.json, which I put with in world folder. On a vanilla server updated to 1.16.1, the world would work fine and generate chunks correctly according to that file. When moving the world into Spigot, Chunks both pre existing and new seem to be having issues loading causing the server to shutdown(doesn't generate a crash report). This is a Superflat world with minor modifications. I will put the log and worldgen_settings_export.json within this post.
