      When I increase the next level villager (cartographer), the server drops.

          Well, that you know about it. I tried to find the problem myself, and came to the conclusion that it is in the map, in the .mca files. But I did not find a suitable .mca editor for linux. If it does not work out, it’s not difficult for me to make a wipe.

          That is a vanilla issue: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-126244
          If that ticket seems to not fit for for issue, please check the 86 tickets there marked as duplicate. All of them have the same root causes listed in that ticket.
