Yes
When you start the server and you logged in, everything is fine for 5 minutes long.
But after all mobs (including players) have their looking position fixed at the South, this include that :
- You can't place doors correctly
- You can't place stairs correctly
- If you shoot an arrow, it always going to the sky straight perpendicularly from the floor
- You can't drop correctly items, they always drop at your feet
It seems that after this bug, any mobs (but not including players) can't move.
Nothing is logged in the console.
The bug seems to appears with spigot 1.8.8, 1.11.2 and 1.12.2 at least (versions that i've tested).
I've done Memtest86+ during 2-3 passes (almost 2 hours long) with no errors, so this exclude a RAM issue.
Personally i would say that the bug is due to the Java GC, but this is very improbable cause i've tried to start my server with OracleJDK 8 and OpenJDK 9, but i'm not an expert and i hope that i can find help here.
