Can't generate entities (such as throwing items, using spawn eggs, etc.) in the chunk which the central block of the obsidian platform is in. However, the existing entities are able to enter and leave this chunk.

This problem disappears when restarting server.

Reproduce:

1. In the overworld, throw 50 chests of items to the end through the end portal.
2. Go to the end, then execute "/kill @e[type=minecraft:item]".
3. The problem occurs.
