Utilize New Potion Handling

      1.15.2 introduced a minor but very useful change where weaker potions continue to tick in the background while higher ones are running, so the weaker ones is still applied if there is remaining duration when the stronger one runs out.

      CraftLivingEntity.class explicitly removes potion effects when adding a new one of the same type, but this behavior isn't needed anymore.

      Would it be possible to update LivingEntity.addPotionEffect() to reflect this new capability?
