Hi, I have a problem with my private Server. Its just me and about 65 other Players, but we have a big Problem:

In The End:

1. No Enderman are spawning
2. Enderdragon didnt drop XP
3. Cant use Item Frames
4. The big new end Plant dont´t break, only the Block that the Player breaks
5. SLOW Chunkloading (briding ist faster that the Junkload)
6. Random teleports to spawn of End
7. If you shoot an End Crystal, the iron things around break, but dont drop
8. Ender pearls do not work
9. End is laggy, and crahses Server, or the End is just "offline", or there is an internal Server Error while beeing in the End or entering ist
10. if you fall sown into the void, you dont die

None of the listed issues is in the Nether or the Overworld, just the End

So basically i am runnin a few Plugins:

Essentials, LuckPerms, SilkSpawners, ClearLag, Worldedit and a few self programmed ones. 

The self programmed ones dont effecft anything in the End. 

Could it be a file Sive Error? my World on the Server is 150+GB Big.

Steps I have done so far: 

Restarted the Server

Regenerated the End

Disabled all Plugins (moved them out of directory)

Ran a new Version of Spigot 1.14.4, still same issued

Gave Spigot more Ram (form 40GB -> 60GB)

Took Ram From Spigot (40GB -> 10GB)

Ran a barebone Version of the Server (everything worked fine)

Tried another Server

Reduced player Slots (80 -> 10(did help in the Past)

Checked the Gamerules and Files of Spigot (Hopfully I saw everything)

Replaced the Spigot Server compleatly (did not work)

Conclusion:

Only works with new World, but I dont wahnt to give away my 5+Jears old Map. 

Server Spects:

2 x Intel XEON E-2400 (older CPU)

192GB DDR3 Ram (96 GB for each CPU)

Nvidia GT9600(just Display output)

Samsung 850EVO 500GB;

4x 1TB Toshiba HDD (raid, for Minecraft World)

2x Server PSU

Linux Ubuntu

Windows 10VM, for minecraft Server (Windows 10 is better for Minecraft Java Edition (at the Time of Hardwareupgrade))

10GB Network Card (Internal is broken, got it for Free from my Company)

The Server was once a VM Host Machine, I got it for Free from my Company, because they needed a Upgrade to better Hardware/more Security

I know it is compleatly overkill for Minecraft.
