So having optifine and forge installed at the same time has been giving me issues connecting to spigot servers. Crash: https://pastebin.com/tvKFiYue. I issued a report to sp614x's github a couple months ago with older versions of optifine and forge: https://github.com/sp614x/optifine/issues/3007#issuecomment-545652198

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but please give this a look.
