      Here's what it says in the console 

      Block at 37, 63, 46 is Block{minecraft:barrier} but has net.minecraft.server.v1_15_R1.TileEntitySign@712061bc. Bukkit will attempt to fix this, but there may be additional damage that we cannot recover.

       

      In the video i used a new server, new world, no plugins

       

      Also In the video you can clearly see that it isn't a barrier block.

          I have a command block server and we use the clone command a lot so it spams the mess out of the console is there anyway to disable this message?

          It's just a warning, behaviour is no different from Vanilla.
