      hello, i cant enter in my server in 1.15 that appears the message "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, Size: 5". I dont know if its a plugin causing this or its a spigot bug or whatever else.

      i also pinned a log.
