Currently, spigot.yml has two options for sound radius:

wither-spawn-sound-radius

dragon-death-sound-radius

As players are trying to make raid farms, the constant global war horn sounds are very jarring.

I would like to request, if possible to have a "raid-wave-sound-radius" of sorts.
